Shanghai is China's economic∏♥≥ center city, with an ar₹$∞ea of 6,340.5 square kilo÷↔α♥meters and a permanent popula®☆tion of 24.76 million. It has a large pΩ" ↔opulation, many high-rise building•γ λs, and many enterprises. There →γare more than 70,000 high-rise bu§φ₹ildings above 24 meters ÷in Shanghai, approximately 1,022♦π high-rise buildings above 100 meter ≠ φs, and a rail transit mileage ofγ✔÷ 831 kilometers.
Facing a megacity like S$≠£hanghai, it is impossibl♣e to achieve high-efficiency go↔←∑vernance and refined management♠<γ if we still rely on traditional crow✘÷∑d-sea tactics and tec婶¶hnical means.
Since 2018, Shanghai has be•→♦gun to promote "one network for all ser₩♣<≤vices" and "one network ♠π↑for unified managemenλΩβπt" (hereinafter collectively referreΩ☆d to as the "two networks™±↑✘"), using the "two net♠∑→works" as the "big nose" to drive the mλΩφodernization of the governance sy→£stem and governance capabiliti £±↓es, using intelligence as a breakth♠™>rough , deeply implement the impo↔§rtant concept of people' >α s city, promote innovation$π in governance models, reshape governa♦<$nce methods, and reconstruct governanceε✘✘" systems.
Shanghai has always adhe©♦red to the two-wheel drive o€÷®f "technology + system" and guardeφ₹∑d the path of governance modern¶×ization transformation with the rule o γφf rules. Wherever urban di✔γ↕ gital transformation advances, institu≈δtional supply must f₹®¥©ollow suit. Establish and improve δπ the digital rule system, streng✔γthen the full-process standa←±♦≈rdized management of data, and stimulat≈δ'e the value of data elements in↑ ÷ accordance with the relevant requirem¥δents of Digital China, dσ£igital and "Twenty Data×☆ Articles". Ensure data securityβ♦♦ in multiple aspects, establisπ≤h and improve security an$✔d privacy protection standa≤★rds, and form a potential risk asses∏γ→sment and prevention m♦ ↔echanism for digital technology appφ₩lications.
“One-stop service” has enabled ♣¥∏Ω103,000 foreign-funded ente☆↔±σrprises to handle various€α∞ registration services
Shanghai takes "one-stop☆€ service" as an important starting po→÷int to transform funΩ≤ctions and optimize the business eΩ≤γ♦nvironment.
"One-stop service" starts from the per"≠σ↔spective of the enter prise, uses systematic thinkin♣ ←g and innovative thinki &λng to explore ways to solve probleφms, gives full play to the supporting☆δ♥ and leading role of digital techno€$↑☆logy in promoting proce©↔λ♦ss optimization and model ÷ innovation, and makes overall plans a≤'nd comprehensively promotes "Shan≈♥→ ghai The construction of the "Enterp ♥rise Registration Online"₽$ online service platform pro≥↑∏$vides high-quality digital e≤∑ nterprise registration services to ✔₹'investors at home and abroad.
